The Food Diaries of Daphne: When losing is gaining - Day 12

I was not horrible on my diet today, but not great either. I at least exercised, I have been so tired this week from studying for my upcoming test in History.

My meals:

1 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of raisin brand (breakfast)

1 smart ones frozen meal (lunch) with Crystal light

1 Large strawberry limeade chiller (snack)

1 1/2 flour taco with hamburger meat, lettuce and cheese with ranch (dinner)

I forgot to log in my calories today, but I probably went over by 200?

I started my Turbo Fire exercise program today, and all I got to say is it is fun but will whoop your butt! I think I sweat so much I needed a float to get out of the puddle I was in.
